Who can attend?
Anyone aged 14-74 who's ready to get fitter and stronger. Classes are designed to challenge all levels of fitness. For Pilates - you do need to be able to get up and down from the floor.
What do I need?
I supply everything however you do need to wear trainers for the body conditioning classes. Please don't eat a heavy meal in the preceding 2 hours for your own comfort.
HOW MUCH DOES A CLASS COST?
Prices range from £5 to £7.50 depending on which sessions you attend. You can pay for classes individually or you can pay for blocks of 10 at a reduced rate. For more information contact Caroline using the form below.
I am RSA qualified and Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) listed and have been in fitness now for over 24 years. I love what I do and I hope I can share some tips with everyone who attends to help get fit and have fun at the same time.

I use a variety of formats for a really effective workout. You will get fitter, leaner, change your body shape and also have fun! Everything from Bon Jovi to Lady Gaga there is something for all ages.
Balance, Posture, Strength & Flexibility
Improves your posture, flexibility, muscle tone, core strength and joint mobility. Pilates can also reduce stress and is particularly recommended for improving back strength and addressing lower back pain.
